Refunds

  • Refunds are provided when items are faulty, damaged or when issues arise from shipping and delivery only.

Refund Request

Process

  1. Complete the ‘Refund Request’ form on this page.

  2. Take photos of the damaged or faulty items (not relevant for items that are missing or have not been received).

  3. Expect a response from the Bop Art Club within 48 hours from when you complete the ‘Refund Request’ form.

  4. If relevant, provide pictures and information to our team.

  5. Once your Refund Request is approved, expect a refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be returned to the method used for payment.

Acceptance

  • Refund Requests must be made within 14 days from when your order was received (exceptions may be relevant for issues arising from delivery, please contact our team for details).

  • We cannot accept a Refund Request unless photos of damaged or faulty items is provided or details are provided regarding issues arising from delivery.

  • Our ‘Request Return’ form below must be completed before we can proceed.

Fair Use

  • If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity we reserve the right to restrict your access to our website and may deactivate your account and any associated accounts.

  • What constitutes fair use is at our discretion.
